Paddington is just west of the city (2 kms) - and from many places you get a wonderful view of the tall buildings in the city centre. It is a very hilly area, and the homes are a mixture of very modern and trendy - and old cottages that have been standing in this suburb for many years. It is a mecca for shoppers - upmarket fashions, art galleries and restaurants
One of the icons of the area is the Suncorp Stadium venue for concerns and football matches! Take a day to wander along Given and Latrobe Terraces, Paddington.
